Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi has announced the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Exam, 2023 through CS(P) Examination 2023. Eligible and interested candidates can go through this article to know the detail, how to apply online, important dates and contact info, etc.
The applicants applying for the Indian Forest Service examination need to note that they are required to appear in the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination and qualify the same for going to the second stage of the Indian Forest Service (main) examination (written and interview). Eligibility Criteria are given below.
How to apply for Indian Forest Service (Prelm) Examination 2023? Step 1: Visit the direct link of UPSC registration at http://www.upsconline.nic.in
Step 2: Select the One-time registration link or https://www.upsconline.nic.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php
Step 3: Click on the "New Registration" button to proceed. Log in if already registered and proceed to submit info. If not, follow the next step.
Step 4: Fill in all the fields without missing them and click on the "Submit" button to proceed and get registration.
Step 5: You're done. Wait for the Acknowledgement detail and examination info of the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 through CS(P) Exam 2023.

At least a Degree with one of the subjects, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or Engineering of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India.
