About the institute
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur is located in Uttarakhand state. Established in 2011, it is one of the second-generation IIMs in India. Ever since its establishment, the institute has been striving to excel in the field of management education. In this respect, the institute is offering a number of management programs for postgraduate students as well as working professionals. Some of these programs include MBA, Ph.D. and Executive Development Programs. IIM Kashipur has been lately partnering with a number of organisations such as LIC, ONGC, Indian Oil, and Bharat Electronics Ltd as well as various government departments and providing opportunities to professionals from these organisations to pursue short-term management development programs. The institute has a 200-acre campus and is located amidst very picturesque surroundings in the lap of the Himalayas. The famed Jim Corbett National Park is located some 25 km away.
About MBA Analytics
MBA Analytics is a 2-year full-time residential program offered by IIM Kashipur for postgraduate students. This management program on analytics is quite a useful one as the field is drawing a lot of attention in recent times from students and industry alike. Selection of the candidates is done in a two-step process. In the first step, the candidates are shortlisted based on their past academic performances, CAT/GMAT score, and work experience apart from gender and discipline diversity. In the second stage, candidates who are shortlisted are called for a personal interview. The personal interview will be conducted online by the institute. Weightage of shortlisting criteria

The formation of the merit list and the final selections of the candidates for the program will be based on both the shortlisting score and the interview score, i.e. a total score of 100. Fee structure

IIM Kashipur offers the following three kinds of scholarships for the MBA analytics program.
The scholarships are offered to both first and second-year students. A full tuition fee waiver is given to eligible students irrespective of their categories, whether general or reserved. The need-based and the need cum merit-based scholarships are given to those students whose family income from all sources is Rs 5 lakh or less. Students already in receipt of scholarships from other sources or government assistance are not eligible for any of the scholarships. Depending on the changed financial circumstances of the students and other factors like demand and availability of funds, the financial assistance program of the institute may change.
How to apply
To apply for the MBA Analytics program the candidates will have to visit the admission page on IIM Kashipur website. The application has to be done online. An online application form is to be filled and requisite documents are to be uploaded. The details of the documents are enumerated below. On final selections, but before registrations, candidates have to pay an acceptance fee of Rs 50,000. In case a candidate withdraws before registration, an amount of Rs 1,000 is deducted from the acceptance fee and the balance is returned. IIM, Kashipur, apart from its flagship full-time residential MBA programs, offers a number of other programs, especially for working professionals and executives. Among these is the 2-year part-time Executive MBA (EMBA) program, the classes for which are conducted on weekends at IIM, Kashipur's satellite campus at Dehradun which is exclusively for executive education.The program is suitable for middle and senior-level professionals from industries, public sector enterprises and government departments.The program helps in value addition for the participants as it makes them aware of the latest entrepreneurial trends and industry practices.
There are also many short-time executive development programs on a host of domains.
