University of Mumbai AAC Common Entrance Exam 2023 for Civil Services Exams Coaching Admissions

The Academy for Administrative Careers (AAC) of the University of Mumbai was established to enable the youth to understand the procedures and benefits of various competitive exams and provide detailed training and facilities to help them to prepare for these exams.

AAC has issued a notification today in leading newspapers that the last date for registering for the Common Entrance Exam-2023 has been extended. It is necessary to appear for this entrance test in order to avail of guidance/coaching from AAC for the preliminary competitive exams of the Union Public Service (UPSC) exam, New Delhi, the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exam, the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), and the Indian Police Service (IPS) exam.
Overview of AAC Course
The coaching at AAC is a full-time program, with 80 seats available for the upcoming batch. The detailed training modules and helpful guidance will be beneficial to prepare thoroughly for the prelims of various civil service exams. Refer to the official website to know the fee for the course.
You will attend classes on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, and attend seminars by visiting Guest Lecturers. You will get direct access to the well-known university library with its vast stock of books and journals. The teaching faculty has the relevant qualifications and expertise and you are welcome to approach them directly for necessary guidance and informal interactions. From time to time you may be required to appear for a test so that faculty can evaluate your performance and give you advice on improving it.
Eligibility requirements
You should be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC-recognized university. You are also eligible to apply if you are pursuing the last semester exam of the Degree course or are waiting for the result of the final year exam/final semester exam of the Degree course.
It is mandatory to appear for the AAC Common Entrance Exam-2023, the syllabus of which is based on the 2015 UPSC Civil Services (Prelims). A merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained by candidates, and if you are shortlisted, you will be called for a personality test and then the final list of eligible candidates for enrollment for the coaching will be announced. You have to apply online at the University of Mumbai Part-time Courses Admissions portal and pay the entrance test fee of Rs. 500/-. Key dates
The closing date of applications has been extended to 4th July 2023.
The entrance test is scheduled for 8th July 2023, between 12 noon to 1 p.m.
