The Centre for Law and Management, Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai has announced admissions open for its MBA programs for the academic session 2023-25. NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs are also welcome to apply.

There are a maximum of 50 seats. Since the number of students in each class is limited, there is greater scope for individual attention. In addition to qualified faculty, guest lectures are scheduled by eminent people from the industry, as also workshops and mentoring programs. The MBA programs are suitable for working professionals as special classes will be scheduled for the weekends and on public holidays. Certain lessons may also be conducted in hybrid mode.
On successful completion of either of the MBA programs, you will be not only a management professional, but one with legal knowledge. One course integrates legal education with international business and taxation, while the other integrates legal education with corporate finance and banking. Case studies and internships provide good learning experiences about real-life scenarios in the corporate sector.
MBA (International Business, Taxation and Law)
Duration: This is a 2-year program with four semesters.
What you will learn: Various international-related concepts, including business organizations, marketing management, principles of international law, tax treaties, overseas funding, foreign exchange, HR, global trade, environmental law, commercial arbitration, etc.

Duration: This is a 2-year program with four semesters.
What you will learn: Various aspects of banking and business, as well as legal aspects related to these. The syllabus includes banking law & practice, e-commerce business management, analysis of securities, financial services and HR management, marketing management & PR, etc.MBA Electives and Viva
For both the MNLU MBA programs, there will be Electives in each of the semesters with one each in the first and fourth semesters, and two each in the second and third semesters. While you can select from the elective subjects offered, the choice of elective may not be given if fewer than 15 students opt for that particular elective subject. Toward the end of the fourth semester of both MBA programs, you will be submitting a Dissertation/project and appearing for a Viva.
MNLU MBA Fees
For both MBA programs, the fee is Rs. 10,00,000/-. This covers the admission fee, the library fee, and the tuition fees. There is a separate fee for the hostel. The first installment to be paid is the full fee of Semester 1, which is Rs. 2,50,000/- (refer to the official prospectus for refund policies). It is possible to get up to a 50% fee concession if you are nominated by a reputed organization. Note that if you are eligible for an exemption in fees, you need to coordinate with the Centre Coordinator. MNLU MBA Programs Eligibility Criteria
Age criterion: None.
Educational Qualification: You should have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% or its equivalent grade (45% for SC and ST candidates). If you have appeared for the qualifying exam in May or June this year, then also you are eligible to apply.MNLU MBA Application procedure

Fill in the basic details, such as name, address, mobile number, etc, and upload a photo. If you are applying under the PwD category, you need to also upload a valid disability certificate.
The application fee of Rs. 2,000/- has to be submitted through the link provided in the application form, and then the payment receipt has to be uploaded. Within three working days from the date of submission of your application, you will receive an email on proceeding further. In case you do not receive the email, you should send a message to 7494941909 or send an email to clm@mnlumumbai.edu.in and inquire about the status of your application.
