The Institute of Chemical Technology has released the admission notification for the Institute-level admission round for the vacant seats for the academic session 2023-24 for its campus in Mumbai (Institute code 3036) in the first year B. Chemical Engineering and B. Tech. (all 7 branches), and also for the vacant seats for its Jalna campus (Institute code 2032) in the first year of the Integrated M.Tech. Chemical Engineering program.

At the outset an important advisory: Since the admission round involves merit-based seat allotment, you must be present at the given time. If you are not present in the auditorium when your name is called out, then the next candidate's name as per merit will be called out and you may just lose your chance to join a prestigious institute. In case you are unable to be present in person, you must provide an authority letter to your parents/authorized person who will be attending the admission round on your behalf. They are required to have the original retention letter/original fee receipt as well along with other relevant documents. The authority letter should be in the given Proforma that is available in the PDF notification at the official website and must be in original and not a scanned/photocopy of the filled-in proforma.
Also, only those who have filled out the Google form and whose names appear in the applied candidates' list that has been uploaded on the official ICT website are eligible. Fresh applications to any of the courses will not be considered at all.ICT Mumbai B.Tech. and B.Chem.Engg. admissions
Eligibility and registration: You should have registered through the CET portal and must fill in the Google form to apply for the Institute-Level Round of admissions at- https://forms.gle/qNun7GXB2HvhzPjz7
To fill in this form, you need to log in through your own valid Gmail ID. Make sure that you fill in all the details correctly, and put in the ICT serial number. The application should be submitted latest by 19th August 2023 up to 5 p.m.

The provisional Merit list will be displayed on the website of ICT Mumbai on 21st August 2023, 11 a.m. onward.
In case of any grievances/discrepancies in the Merit list, you can inform ICT by email to admissions@ictmumbai.edu.in latest by 22nd August 2023, 11 a.m.
The final Merit list will be displayed on the website of ICT Mumbai on 22nd August 2023, 5 p.m. onward.
Date of institute-level round in person: 24th August 2023, be present at 8 a.m. It will start at 9 a.m.
Venue: K. V. Auditorium, ICT, Matunga, Mumbai.
Document verification
Fill in the process form, the proforma of which is provided in the official PDF notification, and bring it with you for the institute-level round. Verification of documents will be done at the venue. Ensure that you bring all these relevant documents in original and one self-attested copy of each document-Fees
You must pay the fees through a Demand Draft (no other form of payment is acceptable) in favour of "Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai", payable at Mumbai.
The fee is as follows-
For candidates applying in the General Category: Rs. 88,350/-. As per a State Govt. directive, candidates of the ST category will have to pay the same fee as those in the General Category.
For candidates applying in the reserved category of OBC/VJNT/SBC (only of Maharashtra State): Rs. 73,350/-.
For candidates applying in the SC category (only of Maharashtra State): Rs. 9,230/-.

Date of institute-level round in person: 21st August 2023, 11 a.m. onward. Reporting time- 10 a.m.

A few differences in the list of documents for the M.Tech. course-
#2 should be FC Verified Set/CET Cell Admission Letter
#9 should be - In the case of reserved category documents, these should be valid up to 31st March 2023
#11 should be - GAP certificate if passed before 2022.Fees
