Jamnabai Narsee International School (JNIS), Mumbai has issued the notification for admission to Nursery up to Class 9 for the academic year 2024-2025, with admission to the primary and secondary classes depending on the availability of seats.

Established by the Narsee Monjee Educational Trust, Jamnabai Narsee International School, Mumbai offers the curriculum of the International Baccalaureate Organization, with students progressing from the Primary Years Programme (PYP) to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and then the Diploma Programme (DP). The school is also now offering the IB: Career-related Programme. Students have the option to continue with the ICSE curriculum upon completing Class 7 or enroll in the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. If they opt for the latter, they are required to appear for the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Checkpoint exam at the end of the Class 8 academic year.
The general ambiance of JNIS makes for a wonderful educational experience with curricula that is relevant to current times and that are combined with co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Your child will thus learn subjects like English, Maths, Social Studies, Science, History, etc. and at the same time enjoy activities like music, folk fusion dance, acrylic painting, robotics, scrabble, etc. Sports activities are in plenty, too, with qualified coaches training the students in cricket, basketball, football, roller skating, table tennis, mixed martial arts, etc. Outdoor activities are scheduled, including nature treks, educational field trips, excursions to national and international destinations, etc. An extension of classroom learning is the community service programs, and there are student exchange programs with international schools.
A Well-Being Centre on campus provides an opportunity for students to raise issues that may be troubling them and discuss how to meet challenges. There are also trained special educators for students with special needs.
It is interesting to know that JNIS Mumbai started a Co-Op Programme through which students may get an internship opportunity with companies who contact the school about the type of internship available for students. One of the earlier such opportunities was at a media house.

On successfully completing the registration process, parents will receive the school brochure by email.

Students will be selected for admission to the 2024 batch on the basis of their performance in the entrance test as well as their academic performance in the previous two years. Those who are selected for admission will then be informed by email by the end of October 2023. For IBDP – Grade 11 Admissions 2024
