IERT Prayagraj Diploma Courses admissions 2024-2025

The Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology (IERT), Prayagraj is offering admissions to students who want to study engineering diplomas and other such courses. Students who wish to pursue such courses should apply online for the entrance test, IERT 2024. Applicants should be citizens of India. The educational qualifications are-
Students who want to study technical or engineering diplomas should have passed 10th grade from a recognized institute or board with mathematics and science as compulsory subjects.
Students who wish to apply for the management diplomas should have a 10 + 2 from a recognized institute, while English and Hindi should be compulsory subjects.
Students who are applying for a postgraduate diploma in computer science for 11/2 years should have a diploma from any field with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects in 12th grade.Selection procedure and Exam format
The candidates should appear for a written test. If you clear the written test, then you are called for an interview.Engineering Diploma course exam pattern
Mathematics: 25 questions, with a total of 100 marks on the paper.
Physics: 25 questions, 100 marks paper.
Chemistry: 25 questions, total marks of 100.
The student can thus score a maximum of 300 marks.Management Diploma course exam pattern
English and Hindi: 15 questions, 60 marks.
Physics consists of 15 questions with a total of 60 points.
Mathematics: 15 questions, 60 marks total.
Chemistry -- 15 questions totaling 60 points.
General Awareness: 15 questions, 60 marks.

The student should appear for various sections, such as English, general knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning, mathematics, and physics. Each paper consists of 15 questions, and the overall marks allocated to each exam are 60. The maximum score for the student is 300.
The students are given 4 marks for every correct answer, and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.How to Apply Online for the IERT Exam 2024
The students should visit the site of https://www.iertentrance.in/ or the official website of IERT.
Then, on the home page, click on the 'Apply' option.
You are directed to a new web page, and here you should fill in the required details.
Then upload the documents online, such as mark sheets, degree certificates, signature proof, etc.
Then proceed with payment and pay online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. You may also pay offline by depositing cash via challan in any branch. Then press the 'Submit' button to submit the form.
Then you can download your admit card on the site https://www.iertentrance.in/ 15 days before the examination. If the admit card is lost or misplaced, then contact the department of IERT immediately.Important date of the examination: IERT 2024
The starting date of the application is December 15, 2023.
The last date for applying for the course is April 30, 2024.
The last date for paying fees is April 30, 2024.

In today's scenario and in view of the tight job position everywhere, it makes sense to do some diploma course early in one's academic career rather than going for higher education and then decide about some career line. In my view, it makes sense for some of the students to go for some technical diploma after completing class 10.
Students who are having that type of inclination for the diploma courses should take advantage of such opportunities and apply for the relevant diploma course in IERT or elsewhere.
