These technical diploma courses offered by The Indo-Swiss Training Centre in collaboration with the Swiss Foundation for Technical Assistance, Switzerland seem quite useful from job point of view for the eligible candidates. The good part of the course is hands-on practice on the latest equipment. Though the minimum eligibility is matriculation but as there is an entrance test for adjudging proficiency in Maths, Science, English, and GK and selecting the candidates on merit, it is obvious that students, who had good academic performance in their matriculation, would have more chance of getting admission and should venture for these courses.
Being a collaborative course the placement partners are also reputed companies and campus placement would be easier. The entrance test is in physical mode so the candidate will have to make a trip to Chandigarh to appear in it.
To sum up my comment, for meritorious students having completed their matriculation, this appears a good opportunity.
