Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) is a state-level MBA and MCA entrance examination conducted for admission to colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu conduct AP ICET on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. The AP ICET exam is a gateway for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs in various universities and colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

AP ICET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into first-year MBA /MCA postgraduate program through AP ICET 2024 should fulfil the following criteria:
  • Candidate should be an Indian National and should conform to the local/non-local status requirement as per government rule.

  • Candidates should have passed a three-year bachelor's degree course in any stream with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate (SC, ST and BC with 45 per cent aggregate) from a recognised university

  • Candidates in their final year of a 3-year Bachelor's degree and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the AP ICET 2024 exam.

    • Additionally-
    For MBA admission: Candidates must have a degree of a minimum three-year duration with mathematics as one of the subjects in SSC.
    For MCA admission: Candidates must have passed BCA/three-year bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or an equivalent degree

    Admission Procedure

    Candidates have to register and submit their application online at the APICET- 2024 portal. AP ICET counselling registration 2024 will commence on July 26. Candidates ranking from first to last will be eligible to appear for the AP ICET counselling process. To appear for the counselling process, candidates must ensure to have registered online. The AP ICET 2024 counselling process is conducted online. Here are the steps to fill out the AP ICET application form 2024:
    Step 1- Visit the ICET-AP official website
    Step 2- Create login credentials
    Step 3- Login with the credentials created
    Step 4- Pay the application fee
    Step 5- Fill the application form
    Step 6- Upload the required documents in the prescribed size and format
    Step 7- Save the filled application form

    Application Fee

    There will be a non-refundable application fee to be paid online. Details of the application fee are as follows:
    General / OBC candidates: Rs 1200/-
    SC/ST/PH Candidate: Rs.600/-

    Documents required

  • AP ICET hall ticket 2024

  • APICET rank card 2024

  • Transfer Certificate(T.C)

  • Degree marks memos/consolidated marks memo

  • Degree provisional certificate

  • Intermediate marks memo/Diploma marks memo

  • S.S.certificate or equivalent Marks memo

  • Study Certificates from Class IX to Degree

  • Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalised education) in respect of Private candidates of AP state.

  • Residence certificate of either of the parents in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect to f Non-Local Candidates.

  • Latest valid Income Certificate or Ration Card issued by the competent authority containing the name of the candidate

  • Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority in respect to SC/ST/BC

  • Economically weaker section(EWS)certificate if applicable

  • Local status certificate if applicable i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within Seven years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

    Registration: From 26/07/2024 to 01/08/2024
    Verification of uploaded certificates: From 27/07/2024 to 03/08/2024
    Allotment of Seats: From 10/08/2024
    Commencement of classes: 12/08/2024
