Why most of the Indians are moving to Foreign Countries?

Read this article to know why most of the Indians are moving to Foreign Countries? Is there any future in overseas assignments? Get the comparative study on career in India and abroad.

India is a country which is well known for man power. At present, Indians are seen across the world. Particularly people working in Software, Technologies, Research and development etc, are moving to Overseas. There is a drastic raise in the number of Indians moving to foreign countries.

Reasons for Immigration:

1.Main reasons for travelling to other countries - work, pleasure, study abroad, to escape something or seek something

2.India is suffering from unemployment, poverty and overpopulation. Most of the people are getting attracted to the richer countries. This is known as economic migration

3.Distant things looks brighter" – a fact behind many Indians belief

4.To have better oppurtunities in their respective careers

5.Foreign countries need indian professionals and Indians also in return looking for a better life.

6.Some people dont like India for reasons like the over population, the cleanliness, the corruption in the country and political leaders.

7.Some are moving for better education

Are these reasons really to be considered for this question? Let us analyze.

Indian is known for man power. But our Government is not encouraging people by considering their talent. Political influence plays a lot in many organizations. Recommendations from the Political leaders and rich people are degrading the talented citizens in India.

One more reason is the pay scale in India is very less as compared to foreign countries.
If Indian companies are paying Rs.100 per an hour, foreign companies are paying double the amount for the same work. Hence most of the Indians are moving to overseas.

Indian students can go for further education to foreign countries but after finishing their studies, they should come back to their mother land and use their knowledge for the development of our country.

Most of the people who suffered from the corruption of India are also showing their willingness to move to other countries.

Our Indian culture is rich and diverse. We have such a good culture; even most of the other countries respect India and its culture. Some people are getting attracted towards the foreign culture and their habits.

We may get attracted towards the money, culture and habits of the foreign countries. But we should not forget our mother country. Even if we work in other countries, we may get enough money but still we will be treated as guests and not the citizens of that particular country.

What about the safety and security? There are instances like Indian getting murdered in various foreign countries due to many reasons. Particularly countries like US, Log Vegas, Hong Kong, Singapore etc., are very rich and may attract Indians. But before moving there, we have to consider the pros and cons also.

Whatever the reason is, Indians should feel proud for such a good culture and should utilize their
talents for the mother country. At the same time our Government also should encourage the talented people in various aspects so that their talent will be used for the country.
