5 Liter water therapy for Heart problems and many more

A habit of Drinking lots of water can help in many health issues including reducing weight and belly. Drinking around 5 liters of water daily is a very good habit to totally lessen the number of doctor visits.

Daily routine:

1. Early in the morning after waking up 1-3/4 L water.
2. After Walking or excercise, again 1-3/4 L.
3. Half an Hour before lunch - 1/2 L.
4. Evening at around 4:30 PM - 1/2 L.
5. Tiffins or fruits between 5 to 5:30 PM.
