Egg Biscute - Hard to cook




Egg Biscuit is very delicious item to kids, but preparing it much more difficult than the name suggest. My Mom helps me with the recipe.
Ingredients:-
· 3 cups flour
· 4 teaspoons baking powder
· 1 tablespoon sugar
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1 teaspoon Tartar-cream
· 1 cup butter (cold)
· 1 cup milk
· 1 egg lightly beaten

Steps to follow:-
· Into a large bowl, shift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cream of tartar.
· Heat the bowl, nearly upto 200-degree
· By knives, cut in butter & mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
· In a small bowl, beat milk and egg.
· Add to flour mixture and stir until flour is moistened.
· Place on a lightly floured surface; knead twice and roll to 1-inch thickness.
· Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
· Bake on an un-greased baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
· Serve it
