Exercises for Back-Pain

Recent studies shows back-pain among people has doubled since 90's. And it is more in case of Women than men. A little exercise can give you relief from the back pain. Making active of the deep trunk muscle which support and control the spinal cord can significantly reduce the back pain.

Exercise No. 1
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on floor. Keep spine in straight position. Now raise your left leg and right arm simultaneously and return to back to normal position after few seconds. Next, carry on with opposite side. Repeat the complete process for five times and slowly increase into 10.

Exercise No. 2
Place yourself on the floor (as per displayed picture) with your spine in straight position. Now lift one arm parallel to the floor, wait few seconds and back to normal position and repeat the process for other arm. Carry out the process for five times. Next, lift one leg to back & parallel to floor, wait and lower it then repeat the process for other leg. Again carry out the process for five times. Once these are over lift one arm and opposite leg simultaneously, slowly go on repeating till ten.

Surely you will get benefit after few days continuing with the exercise.
