Potato Mince Lagan (baked)


1 lb raw minced meat
1 medium sized onion
4 eggs
3 tablespoons ghee
2 slices bread soaked in 1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon shunia/jeera
1/2 bunch dhunia leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 cloves of garlic
6 green chillies

Boil potatoes, cool and mash. Add to it grated onions. Grind garlic and green chillies together and add to the above, Lastly, add soaked bread and add to mashed mixture. Mix well. In a large bowl put washed and drained mince. Add spices and salt the green leaves, ghee and baking powder. Mix well, then add the potato mixture to it, carefully blending the two. Lastly, to spread in well greased baking pan or casserole spread left over egg carefully over top, sprinkle a little tal over it and bake in 375' oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.When baked and cool, cut into 2 inch squares and serve warm with chutneys and pickles.

Well, that looks yami, I will try it out but I dont have a oven but still I will make a try. do write such receipe but without oven as many common people will not have such ones and also it is said food cooked in microven is not good for health.
