Practical 2 is based upon the various documents like account opening forms, pay-in-slip, withdrawal-slip, various types of cheque, passbook or bank statements and a request of Demand -draft of a co-operative society and the non trading organizations.

It is a study of all the bank documents listed above with its different requirements and utility and uses.
The following documents should me collected by the students by visiting the specific organizations.

The following practical should consist the following:-

1.ACCOUNT OPENING FORMS

a.savings account: meaning; knowledge; requirements; utility and uses.
b.recurring account: meaning; knowledge; requirements; utility and uses.
c.current account: meaning; knowledge requirement; utility and uses.
d.fixed deposit account: meaning; knowledge; requirements; utility and uses.

2.PAY-IN-SLIP

meaning; knowledge; requirements; utility and uses.

3.WITHDRAWAL-SLIP

meaning; knwoledge; requirements:utility and uses.

4.CHEQUES

a.types of cheque- meaning; knowledge.

1.bearer cheque- meaning; knowledge.

3.open cheque- meaning; knowledge.
4.order cheque- meaning; knowledge.

NOTE:-
*If the organization is not a co-operative society then write a few information about it telling the name of the bank;type of that bank e.g nationalized /commercial; its features.

*while performing the practical you should bring the seal of the bank from which the documents have been granted.

*All the documents collected must be from one and the same organization.
