Recipe of Egg Suji pakoras - A tasty evening snack for kids

Egg based Suji Pakoras:

This Bengali dish is made from Egg, Suji(Rava). This is a kind of evening snacks.

Ingredients:

1 - egg
1 cup - suji/rawa
Salt to taste
1/2 - onion, finely chopped
Green chilli, chopped
Oil (required for deep frying)
Salt to taste
Chaat masala

Preparation Method:

1. Take a vessel. Pour the egg into it, and beat it with a spoon.

2. Add suji with the above egg mix, and mix it well to make a smooth paste.

3. Add the chopped onions and chilli and mix.

4. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

5. Heat oil in a deep based vessel.

6. Take out equal amount of the mix in the shape of pakoras and put into warm oil slowly.

7. Deep fry pakoras.

8. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
