Fruit shake
Fruits are very nutritious and has many benefits for our body. Let you know that fruit is packed with vitamins and other nutrients that are essential for health.
There can be more health benefits to eating more fruit. So is the fruit shake. Just try it at home and enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 2 cup sliced Bananas
• 2 cup sliced Strawberries
• 2 cup chopped Pineapple or Papaya
• 1 cup peeled and chopped Apples
• 1/2 cup Ice cubes
• 1 tea spoon Honey
Method:
• Blend a combination of bananas, strawberries, pineapples, papayas, apples, ice cubes and honey.
• Blend till smooth.
• Serve immediately for breakfast.
Serving - 2-4 person depending on the size of the glass.
