Green Gram Pulao




Ingredients:
Green gram - 1/2 cup (Boiled)
onion - 1
Ginger & Garlic - 1 tsp
Beaten curd - 1/4 cup
green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves & Mint leaves - a bunch
Shahjeera - 1 tsp
cinnamon - 2
cardomom - 2
cloves - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Basmati Rice - 2 cup (Soak it for 1/2 hour)
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

Method:
Heat oil add shahjeera,cinnamon,cloves and cardomon. Then add grated onion and fry till light brown. Then add beaten curd, green gram dal, green chillies, turmeric powder,coriander & mint leaves and mix it well. Then add the coconut milk, required water and salt. Once it comes to boil, add the soaked rice and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Delicious green gram pulao is ready to serve.
