Cinnamon is widely used in kitchens. Cinnamon or Dalchini in hindi is a bark of a tree and is generally used for flavouring and seasoning. The word cinnamon comes from the Greek kinnamomon. Cinnamon is one of the spices having vast beneficial attributes as medicinal use.

- Cinnamon water: Place cinnamon pieces in a cup and add boiling water. Cover and leave it for 10 minutes. You can keep adding hot water whenever required to the same cinnamon pieces all day long.
