Established in 1992, Centre for Distance Education (CDE) of Bharathidasan University (BDU) offers various courses in distance mode enabling the students to get the limelight of education and shine in their career. Roughly 66 programmes including 14 UG, 24 PG, 7 Diploma / PG Diploma MCA and MBA programmes are conducted in distance mode. Along with these conventional degree programmes CDE also offeres programmes in E-Commerce, Bank Management, Financial Management, Co-Operation, Computer Science and Applications, Information Technology, Library and Information Science, Animation etc.
