Hi Aashish,

Your experience in Indian Army interview is very informative. Especially sharing experiences on some of the interviews which each one of us attend. Some of these experiences gives us information and idea on how an interview may be and how we have to prepare ourself for it.

Some of the questions like, tell me about yourself, stregths and weakness, what makes you join here, why should we employ you? etc are some of the question frequently asked in every interview. By knowing the experience of others, there are chances that one can prepare himself well and get through the interview. Interview is something which one attends with large amount of hope on being selected. If this fails to happen, the sorrow of it will hurt him a lot and remain as an experience until his life time. So it is better we learn from others mistakes and tend ourselves.

Best regards,
Mala.
