Dav Public school is a CBSE co-ed school.It is English medium school.The school premises is very came and full of natural green environment.DAV in CDA has been established in the year 1993.Now its stand as Top schools in orissa.The school has classes from nursery to 12th class.The 11th class was started in the year 2001 and 12th the next year.The school has gained lots of awards in the category of best school.The objective of the school is to encourage the creative capabilities of the students and their immense capacities to learn through exposure and experience.
The school consists of two playgrounds,two computer labs,physics lab,chemistry lab,library with more than 2000 books and cantine.
The board exams are conducted every year and pass out students are 100 percent.The goal of the school is to grow intelligent and knowledgeable students.
There are more than 10 school bus of its own.So, no problem with transportation.The school is reasonable and it has a Punjab National Bank in its premises.Students can take part in extra curricular activities like sports, scout,guide,NCC,national games too,Singing class,art etc.
The teachers are really friendly and at same time strict too.If a student performance is bad in exams then he/she are provided with extra classes from morning to the actual time of class.
Apart from that the school is enthusiastic in its organizing of several cultural and sports activities.Every year an annual sport day is celebrated where students take part in it and win prizes.
