Christian Medical college& Hospital was founded by Dr.Ida Scudder, This is now the No 2 Medical college in India serving the nation over a century . The students of C.M.C Vellore are all over the world and this college has been pioneer in many medical achievements and still being one.

Patients not only from Tamilnadu and other states of India but Overseas Patients are flowing through this Hospital for the service renedred by C.M.C is so excellent.

The Highlight of this hospital is the Chapel which is in the entrance of the main building. whoever you are you will feel the Peace and assurance fill your heart while u r in there.
