Well, Carmel convent is a well know girls school of Bhopal. It is affiliated to CBSE It has earned a great reputation in so many years. The school is famous for generating very smart, intellectual and educated students. The facilities provided in the school is up to the mark. The school has shown its excellence in almost every field. The girls of this school are appreciated throughout the city. The faculties of the school are very experienced and laborious. They provide high quality of education to the students. The school is excellent in terms of academics. Many girls of this school get selected in IIT, PMT etc. The faculty is always ready to help the students. In terms of discipline, the students of this school are quite disciplined. The principal of the school takes care that the decorum of the school is maintained.
In sports the girls of this school are little behind. The sports facilities provided are really sound. There are different courts and grounds for different sports. But the school lacks proper sports teacher. Also, the school does not concentrates much on the sports factor.
Regarding the lab facilities of the school. Everything is provided to the students as prescribed in guidelines of CBSE. The computer, physics, chemistry and biology labs are up to the mark. Teachers provide full support to the students and help them to learn things practically.
Next comes the extra co-curricular activities, which are very much required for all around development of the student. There are different activities carried out by the school from time to time. Students can show their talent in different fields. Proper music and dance classes are also provided by the school. Every year the school also celebrates certain events like annual day, sports day, teachers day etc. The students are given many opportunities to show their talents in different fields. Proper moral eduction is also given to students which helps them to become a good citizen.
At last, about the infrastructure. The infrastructure of the school is really good. Proper facilities are provided for almost everything.
Now, about the drawbacks of the school. The first thing is that, there is not much scope for the students who are interested in sports. The school does not take much care of the students who are interested in sports. In the same manner it is very difficult to make career in other fields like music, dance etc, if you study here. This school is basically for those who want to make their career in studies. The other drawback of the school is hostel. There are no hostel facilities provided by the school, although the transport facilities provided by the school are excellent.
At last I will recommend this school to girls, who want to make their career in studies and want to study in a girls school.
