Netaji Subhas Memorial City College (NSMCC), Cuttack Review
Netaji Subhas Memorial City College is a +2 as well +3 sciences, Arts and commerce college. It is situated in Cuttack,Orissa.Its is in best 10 colleges in cuttack.The environment of the college is windy as you can have a front view of River Kathojodi.It is very old college named after a freedom fighter-“Shubhas Chandra Bose".
The college starts in morning 9am to2:30pm.Arts students comes early in the morning and over at 11:30am.After that commerce and science student starts their class at 11:30am to 2:30pm.
The college has many class rooms for its 2500 students. There are many labs such as one physics lab, Botany lab, zoology lab and two chemistry lab which are fully equipped for students. 10000 books are available in library. There is a canteen provide chocolates and snacks for students and staffs.There are common rooms for boys and girls.Every year the college organize an annual function in January or February, where lots of students participate and enjoy a lot.The college also organize a cricket game between seniors and juniors.
The teachers help students to develop their academic values and college staffs are very helpful. Teachers encourage students to take part in sports, NCC and cultural activities.

Examination is under Utkal University.

This year 2010 city college has given good results in +2. Where pass percentage was 100% as compare to other colleges in Cuttack. All subject teachers help students to do better in exams. They probability questions and students are helped to practice much before exams so that they pass in good numbers.
Last but not least the college has nice place to acquire knowledge with great ambiance.
