National Institute of Technology Calicut, Kozhikode (Calicut) Review
National Institute of Technology Calicut is one of the premier institute in the country offering degrees in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Arch,M.C.A, M.B.A, M.Arch and M.Sc. The institute was formerly known as REC(Regional Engineering College). The institute is situated in Chathamangalam, very close to Kunnamangalam.
The college offers excellent facilities for its student in all the fields. Its a residential college providing the hostel facilities to boys inside the campus and girls outside the campus.
Ragam and Tathva are the two main events conducted by the college. Tathva is the annual techno fest and Ragam is the annual cultural fest of the NIT. Both these events are the second largest programs in South.
Admission in B.Tech programs are made through AIEEE and M.Tech and PhD is based on GATE.Admission to MCA is based on NIMCET.
