Christ College, Cuttack Review
Christ College is the oldest college in Cuttack town since 1948.The College is situated in crowd locality near St.Josheps girl's high school. The college is very big and has two entrance gates. Once I went to this college and its really fantastic college. The college always supports its staffs and it students. Its is very popular college in town. Student's 3rd best college preference is Christ College. Seminars are also held to motivate the students and come forward to other students and people.Elections also held in the month of August with no fight.Smoothly and steadily boys and girls participate and becomes leader.Many ministers have also passed from this college.So you can understand the value and quality of this college. Many magazines and journals also published and distributed among students and teachers. There are many classroom and separate common room for boys and girls. The college organizes annual functions and most of the students participates in it and show their talents in singing, dancing, acting, hosting or anchoring , fashions etc. The college has a library about 35,750 books in total and E-Library too that will help students to gain knowledge and download texts etc.Teachers also can enjoys this E-Library facility.

The college offers best teachers with regular classes and doubt clearing classes if necessary. For that reasons many students achieve success in medals like gold medals in any subjects. The pass percentage was 100% last year in +2.The results were very good in comparatively with the other +2 colleges in Cuttack. +3 results were good too. Scholarships are also given to students like Post matric scholarship for SC/ST, sports scholarship and many other scholarships. Those who belong to poor family, college provide free studentships so that they get dedicated up to 12.5% from the fees. This studentship is for all levels like +2 & +3 arts, science & commerce.
