Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School, Port Blair is located near the Marina Park in front of the sea shore. This is the only girls school in this Islands. No boys are getting admission in this school. This school is following a CCE Pattern introduced by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The specialty of this school is having a multipurpose hall and clean environment.
