The Choice school was established in the year 1991 and has over 2200 students and 250 staff members at present. The Choice school is situated on the outskirts of the city, the massive school building is set amidst an impressive campus. The campus consists of 5 blocks, namely, Kinderland, the Primary School, the Main School, Admin Block and the School Boarding. Choice school is a Co educational school with a unique spectrum of Curricular, Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities with major focus on Total Personality Development'.
Library Facilities at Choice school
Every class in the school has at least one hour Library period and every child is encouraged to take at least one book per week.Book fairs, exhibitions and competitions such as Book Review, Cover Design, Poetry and Story writing are also held in the Choice school from time to time which enciurage the students to come out with their opinion and talk about what they have read that week.
There are separate ones for senior and juniors. Senior Library is reinforced with instructions on sourcing & collection of information and writing projects and assignments, the responsibilities of issuing books and returning them are also taught there.
For the Juniors, the school tries to inculcate the habit of reading books, dramatize story telling in the class and Information-seeking exercises initiate the use of dictionaries, atlases and reference books are also held regularly
Laboratories in the Choice school
They have regular Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs one for each subject separately withall the needed equipments.
There is a primary computer lab for juniors that is for classes I - IV for teaching thew basics, learning through CDs like Kid pix, MS paint & Story Weaver.
There is a junior computer lab for classes V - X and there are prescribed texts cover all theoretical aspects.
There is an exclusive lab for the classes XI and XII as they have the option of taking up Informatics or Computer Science as a subject.
An efficient and well trained Student Counsellor is available for helping out children who face emotional or psychological stress of any kind. They are free to seek the counsellor and speak to him / her at any time they like.
Sports Facilities are there at Choice School for indoor and outdoor games like Basketball, Volleyball, Athletics, Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, Swimming and Badminton.
The teams take part inthe sports meets regularly and are trained by experienced Physical Education teachers. The ability and potential of students are identified and nurtured by the teachers and are provided excellant training in various fields of sports and athletics. The students are also given the required exposure at various sports meets of the state as well as the interstate meets.
The other Art and Cultural Activities include classes in Eastern, Western and Instrumental music, Fine Arts, Life Skills Education, Literary activities that focus on creative writing, effective communication and dramatics and Dance classes in various styles. There is an unique voice training classes held at the school in the afternoons which seems one of the major attractions of the school. A periodic grading is carried out, based on the performances of the children.

The hostel of the school is designed to cater to the needs of 150 students. A team of well-trained staff look after the emotional needs and physical well-being of the resident children
The hostel offers a homely and clean environment. while they are in the hostel, the children are groomed in areas of deportment, personal hygiene, etiquette, academic pursuits, and extra curricular activities. The staff who also stay at the hostel are well trained and equipped to meet the day-to-day needs of the children.
