C U Shah College is located on Surendranagar-Ahmedabad Highway in Wadhwan City,Gujarat. C U Shah College is a self-finance institute established on 20th June, 1999. The institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Gujarat, and affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad.
The college is run by the Wardhman Bharti Trust(VBT). This college is one of the famous college in Surendranagar District which is one of the econoimically and educationally district of Gujarat.

The college provides E-Library in which numbes of educational CD and DVD and E-Books are avilable for students. The College campus also provide Wi-Fi based internet facility for the students.The Wi-Fi connection is Broadband Internet connection and provides high speed internet.
The Boys/Girls hostels (Separate hostel for Girls) is also available inside the college which is managed by the C U Shah College.
The college library contains Over 8000 books and 15 national and international magazines that are published every month and also 10 news paper which provided to students.
