NSKK High School is situated at 7-43/1, Ferozguda, on the Balanagar Road at a distance of 1 kilometre each from highly populated localities of Bowenpally and Balanagar. There are many small localities like Ferozguda, Gautham Nagar, Raju Colony, BHEL (R&D) etc. situated around NSKK High School. The School is run by the Naveena Samskarika Kala Kendram (Regd), a society formed by people from Kerala settled in the area who wanted to promote education of their children. The school was patronized by Mr. Pavithararn, a former commissioner of police, Hyderabad. Many senior officials of the government of Andhra Pradesh and other organisations are the patrons of the school. The present chairman of NSKK is Sri P.T. Aramughan. The school headmistress is Mrs. Asha who is holding the post for a quite long time and is an able administrator of the school. The school is about 33 years old now.

The school is located in a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the population around. A junior college by the same name, viz. NSKK Junior College is also located in the same premises. The school has large, airy and well ventilated rooms. There is separate administrative complex. The school classrooms are located in the first and second floor of the building. There is open area in front of the school which is used as a playground. There is a permanent stage for holding any cultural programmes of the school. The school has well equipped computer lab, science labs and language labs. There are three to four sections in each class.
Faculty and educational standards
The school has well trained and qualified staff headed by Mrs. Asha, the school headmistress. The school has an excellent record of the SSC Public Examination results for the past several years. NSKK High School is a co-educational school providing education in English medium. NSKK High School is recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The school prepares children for the SSC Public Examination conducted by the AP Board of Secondary School Examinations, Andhra Pradesh. The school is also constituted as an examination centre and evaluation centre for the SSC Public Examination every year.

In spite of high class facilities provided by the school, it charges a very reasonable fees from the children ranging from Rs.500 to Rs.700 per month. The school transport is available to all nearby localities.
