I am proud to be a student of M.V.G.R. This may be a very common sentence by any student of any college because anyones love for their college will be extreme. Similarly, I am much more happy to share my experiences as a student of M.V.G.R because it has a vast experienced highly qualified professors . The college has a huge campus with 63 acres land at Chinatalavalasa of Vizainagaram district, Andhra Pradesh.
The college was established in the year 1997 by Maharaj Alak Narayan Society for Arts and Sciences (MANSAS). Since 14 years this college has increased its reputation to a very huge extent and now is rated as a 4-star college and is one of the best colleges in Andhra Pradesh. It is permanently affiliated to J.N.T.U,Kakinada and accredited with A by NBA, Delhi.

Coming to CSE branch,being a CSE student of the same college I am glad to describe about it. Our college is very famous in C.S.E branch for its equipment and labs available.It is rated as B graded by T.C.S for Campus Placements. Dont think B grade is easy to be rated. In campus placements B grade is given to few colleges only that have huge excellence and good output. Mostly Universities will be given A grade and all other Engineering colleges will be mostly given C grade.
Mechanical Engineering is the Popular most branch in this college and rated as no.1 in Andhra Pradesh because the Mechanical labs provide by this college are of very high quality and the experience of faculty ho deal in Mechanical Engineering branch is priceless.
A new block is being developed for Civil Engineering with huge construction and this block is already rated a as the best department building in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Students who studied in this college are widespread all over the globe. I am really very happy with the way I am being educate din this college. Almost all core classes are demonstrated with the help of projectors visually and practical knowledge has huge importance here.
Not only in Academics,this college is at its best in Extra curricular activities all over Andhra Pradesh. All the Sports are encouraged here and a sports complex is also under construction in collaboration with the ACA, VDCA which is the management of the international Cricket stadium present in Visakhapatnam. This college has a very popular Basketball team which is very famous in its wins all over Andhra. Similarly every aspect is equally encouraged in this college.

I have already mentioned you about TCS rating given to our college. Not only in Software field,mainly in Mechanical field this college has a wide variety of Campus recruitments available. Conclusion
After reading my review some might think that I am boasting about my college but I am not at all satisfied enough by this review and I think that I am not exactly upto the mark in explaining various aspects in this college due to lack of time for me. Please have a glance in the official website of my college and you will definitely feel the best out of it. You will feel good by viewing the photos of this college as well because of its huge Campus greenery every where.
Note: This college has a proposal of becoming a university in the coming few years as well. I finally conclude by saying that this college gave me confidence that I am going to succeed in my life and it encouraged me to improve my writing and communicating skills as well with its E-CLUB and share knowledge through various programs like MVGR GLUG,workshops,etc. Hence, this college is about to take the form of an University within 2 years from now thereby proving to be the top 5 among the 700 Engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
