K K Wagh college is located in the outskirts of the city serene area near Panchavati. Althought in outskirts it is well connected with city buses & rickshaws. College owned buses are also available at affordable rates from every point in the city.
It has diploma, engineering, MBA, ME all affiliated to University of Pune approved by AICTE all under 1 roof which helps exposes students to various people from various background under one roof.
College is located in an area of more than 10 acres. It has a well maintained full sized cricket ground. Alongwith cricket various other sporting activities are there. It has 2 volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts and a basketball court. Also it includes indoor games like table tennis, carom and chess. A well equipped gymnasium is also there which is located near hostel.
Separate college run hostels are there for boys and girls having huge capacity.Lots of hostels and private rooms are also available near college itself with good facilities. College run canteen serves the student needs.
Library is one of the world class features having over 40,000 books, more than 100 subscribed magazines and a E-library also. E-library has the subscription for digital books magazines like ASME.
More than 30% Teachers are experienced of more than 5-10 years. Atmosphere of college is very good for learning. Teachers are very co-operative helping students in every phase not only studies.
Overall placements of the college is very good specially the Mechanical and electrical department. (subject to change) Major companies are Mahindra and Mahindra, Atlas Copco, Bosch, HSBC, Nerollac, India Bulls, General Motors, TATA motors, BAJAJ etc
College also has entertainment functions, yearly annual functions which are highly admirable. Various events include all kinds of sports, dancing, singing, debate, Fashion shows, DJ, Musical events.
