G.N.National Public School also known as Gorakh Nath Public School. G.N.National Public School is situated on the north side of Gorakhnath temple, a holy place of the Hindus. It occupies an extensive park like area of about 4 acres. The school came into being in 1986 as a primary school in a well planned manner with ventilated spacious class rooms and amenities. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and inspiring. The school was established after the name of Late Sri Ghanshyam Naryan Das Ji,a well known Bar-at-law by profession as well as educationist and literaturist. He dedicated his life for eradicating illeteracy, as well as to give relief to the down drodden mass. Mr. Ram Bachan Bhai played an important role in setting up of the school. He took pains and toiled hard to overcome the hindrances which came across in its coming into being. In short by his tireless efforts and persuation, the school could be setup. Thereafter it will not be out of place to insert hereunder his message which he gave at the time of our first annual fuction and published in our school magazine "Ananaya". The message is self explanatory regarding our founder president.
