Karnatak Law Society’s Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum Review
Gogte Institute of Technology is one of the best colleges in Karnataka. It is situated in Belgaum.

All the departments have experienced and very supportive teaching and non teaching staff. Laboratories are well equipped and have good facilities to conduct experiments. The campus has a full-fledged 10/100 Mbps internet with OFC backbone and 10 Mbps leased line internet link. Contests, seminars, cultural activities, college sports, workshops are conducted regularly. College offers good canteen facility, banking, Xerox center, stationary, internet facility, wi-fi ambience,24X7 library facility, a very good and comfortable transportation facility, gym and separate boys and girls hostel within the college premises. It has all the facilities inside the college which is necessary for any single student. College works between morning 8 am to 3 pm or 10 am to 5pm. Saturdays it is 8am to 12noon.
Students are encouraged to take part in inter college competitions and project exhibitions. Students show their talent and win many prizes. They take part in VTU youth festival conducted every year. Students also maintain their good academic score. Many National level paper presentations are conducted which are beneficial for students as well as faculties. Every year final year students pass with 100% results. More than 65% of the students score distinction in their academics every semester. Placements are 100% amongst the eligible candidates. Many reputed companies have been visiting the institution for Campus Recruitment. College is ranked number 3 by the corporate world. Fee structure depends on CET-KAR. Environment is very supportive to students.
During the 25th anniversary of this college Sri. L.K. Advani visited. Internal assessments are conducted regularly. Famous cricket personality Javagal Srinath also visited the college. From 30 years college has maintained its reputation and has put strong foundation for a bright future of every single student studying here and I am proud to be GITian.
