VITS Indore, really a great college to study.I am student of VITS Indore from 2007-2011 completed my BE from CSE Branch. This college is a great college to study and is always energetic in every aspects. The value and beliefs of this college are really enthusiastic. This college is Managed by Mr. A.J Siddiqui who is a great personality and serve this college very well and with great heart. He always support the student and the faculty of this college.
If i talk about Architecture and interior of this college, then it comes in first place all over in Indore. Mr. siddiqui put his all effort to make this college not only great in education but also in scenery. Whole college is covered with beautiful green and multicolored flowers. Also the Labs of this college were fully build with most of the instruments to perform as per the curriculum of RGTU University.This college was even not too far from main city, it was near about 10 kilometer from main city and transport is easily available to the college. Even college transport facility is great.
this college is not too old in Indore as it established in 2006, but it remains in a great pace to fight against the well known colleges in Indore. Always Students of VITS perform very well in exams and always listed in merit students of RGPV.The most important fact is that Mr. A.J Siddiqui is so strict against Ragging that no one dare to put pressure on freshers and freshers can enjoy their first year with great move.
Now lets talk about some of great features of VITS.
- Library:Library of VITS Indore is very nice and has lots of books to be referred by Students. VITS has always focused on interior, so Seating arrangement of VITS library was so amazing that it makes to sit there for all time. Even our Library in charge was also very nice and always encourage to study more and more. He is not only in charge he is very nice in nature and always refer nice books to study.
- Labs:There are several labs in VITS Indore such as computer labs, chemistry lab, physics lab, Microprocessor labs etc etc. I think inn Indore VITS Indore has maximum number of computers. As i am CSE student so ill talk about computer labs, Our CSE In charge were very nice and has lot of knowledge of computer, he can almost solve any problem occurred in PC. I always noticed all the latest machinery needed in our course is available in our college.
- Canteen:VITS canteen is very nice and very vast place for students to come, sit and enjoy food. Canteen In charge there is very nice and provide wide variety of food. and beverages. canteen is very clean and we enjoy to visit their and do time pass activities.
Location:Location of VITS Indore is not just too far from city it was around 10 km outside the city. It was in Umrikheda village which is in Indore. location is great and transportation is also very easily available. So many farmhouses were around our college.
courses offered:In VITS many of Courses offered for BE Students such as Computer science engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering these are the BE courses. in VITS Master degree is also offered such as MBA and Mtech in Power Electronics.
Fee Structure:Fee Structure of VITS is also not heavy for wallet, as comparison to other college in Indore VITS fee is very less and provide wide variety of facilities. At my time fee was Rs 56500 per annum while in other college it was around 70 to 90 thousand.
Placements Donein VITS right from the first year many well known companies visit and offer call letters to VITS Students. In first year of placement in 2010 55 students got Placed out of 200 and in 2011 135 students got placed and in 2012 till now 45 students got selected this academic year still not completed and many more placements need to be done in next 6 months.
