Clubs at Amity School of Engineering and Technology

Various clubs have been set up in our college for talented students who wish to be an all rounder and not only scoring great marks in academics. The various clubs are as follows-
(1) IEEE
(2) ISET
(3) SAE
(4) ROTARACT
(5) HUNAR
(6) DECIBEL

The first comes IEEE which stands for Institute of electrical and electronics engineer and is the most active club in our college. It organizes seminars, technical quizzes and much more. A student who wishes to be great electronic engineer joins this club. ISET club is especially set up for preparing competitive examinations like CAT (Common Aptitude Test) and various others examinations. SAE which stands for School of Automobile Engineers and this club is especially setup for mechanical branch students and it helps students to think practically and design robots and much more. The students which are having a strong will power, a heart to help others and who can't see the pain of others can join the club ROTORACT and it conducts blood donation camps, visiting slum areas, providing education to children and various others. The next comes HUNAR and is also the active club of our college and students who have the wish to sing and those who are not shy in showcasing their hidden talents are ideal for this club. The last but not the least comes DECIBEL and is for those who have great enthusiasm and are best at playing instruments like guitar, keyboard and others. It's not only your academics that matters most but also your deep interest for participating in activities, showcasing your talents and much more.

Facilities at ASET

I like my college although some facilities are average but they are on the scope of improvement. I would still recommend students to join this college because it's the teaching that fully matters and not the infrastructure that determines your placement for jobs and budding your hidden talents. Senior students are very friendly and they help you out in any sort of need. Firstly let us come to lab facilities. The labs for mechanical, electrical, chemistry are very good in the sense that they have all equipments for the experiment. But is only the physics lab that needs some development. The library comprises of several journals, e-books, magazines, course textbooks. Students can issue books on day to day basis and strict and stringent actions are taken against the defaulters and fines are also imposed on them so that they behave themselves in future. Our college's main motive is to shape students to become a successful engineer in future and they must maintain the decorum of the college. Our college canteen serves all fast foods whether burgers, chips and much more at a reasonable rates.

Teaching facilities

Faculties are very well experienced in teaching and they support all their students from the core of their heart. Most of the teachers have done their M.Tech degree from the famous IIT'S and various other universities. Teachers have a friendly attitude towards students. Truly speaking the teachers in our college has got high level of experience in their respective fields and many of them are currently doing their PhD's.

Placement Record

Placement cell is successfully placing students in good companies and those having great potential have also got good salary packages in good companies. Placement is done at the Amity University at Noida. Our college has got excellent placement record from our past years and students have got jobs in famous companies and have also got jobs from Google too. Our college has got 100% placement record in Instrumentation and Control Engineering and other branches.

Fest conducted at Amity School of Engineering and Technology

The college also conducts fest titled ‘AMITECH' and students showcase their talents and a plethora of activities are conducted. This year too AMITECH was conducted and students participated with great enthusiasm and with great vigor and joy. Rounds of competitions were organized like solo singing, solo dancing and much more.
