Maharaja Agarsen Pubic School, Ashok Vihar Review
Maharaja Agrasain Public school is also known as MAPS it is near to my house and I must say that it is one of the best schools in Delhi. I always want to study in this school but unfortunately I never get chance to do so. But I am proud to say that now my son is studying in this school.
The building of the school is very big and well ventilated. I like the playground area of the school which is very big and also safe for the children as it has very high boundary around it. They also take care of their student's health for this purpose there is a medical room in the school in which doctor is available during the school timings. Pick and drop facility of the school is also very good. No one can leave or enter in the school premises without the permission of security guards. All other facilities such as Computer lab, Science lab, Music room, Library, Canteen, Sports room, Auditorium and Activity room all are available here.
Teachers of the school are very hardworking and well disciplined. They are so experienced in their field that students get all the reply of their queries in a satisfactory manner. The school principle Mrs. Punam Gupta is also very well behaved lady, you can easily discuss your problems with her and she try her best to solve them. The staff members are also very nice and always ready to help you.
They especially emphasis on modern methods of teaching. Basically activity based study is the main frame of their education. They try to educate the students in a way that they will try to learn it by the heart not just for formalities. The have grade system till 5th class and after that marking scheme is applied up to 12th class. Education is not restricted to the books only practical knowledge is also given to the students so that they can easily understand it. Debate, essay writing, sports, dance and other competitions are held in the school time to time which increase the knowledge of students and also give them the platform for their overall development.
I like this school very much as I can see lot of progress in my son not in the terms of education but I can see the change in his overall personality.
