Ghumushar Technical High School is popularly known as G. T. High School in Bellaguntha area. The school is very popular in that area because of its education and strict administration. I was the student of this school from 1986 to 1989. That times Headmaster Sri Hayagrib Tripathy is very popular in Bellaguntha and he was well known to every body as Head Sir. You can imagine of his popularity and respect among the citizens of town, or classes never suspended due to any strike including all India strike also. No one had courage to face our head sir to request to close the school for strike. All the teachers are very good and well experienced.
The main thing is review of each students by our teachers in all subjects. Also our Head sir had a vigilant eye on our daily activities and study level. After coming out the class exam results, Head sir should reviewed and he definitely informed to concerned parents by phone or by post. So no student can ignore his study. Also the school encourages all the students to take part in extra curricular activities like NCC, Junior Red Cross and district and state level sports meets and cultural meets. The school area is surrounded by a U.P School, a M.E. School, Bellaguntha Science college and Block. So the area is clam and peaceful. The school is well communicated as the State high way is only 100 metres away. The school campus is full of various use full trees and flower pots. The school has a big play ground. Perhaps it is one of the big play ground in the district. The school has a big library and it contains good number of reference books.
