Avanthi Institute of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad Review
I was a student of 2007-11 batch of Avanthi Institute of Engineering & Technology. The college was built in complete green surroundings with trees. Chairman of the college is Sri. M. Srinivasa Rao. He frequently visits the college and visits each and every class, interacts with students directly and tries to solve problems of students as soon as possible. College has a dress code.
Facilities: There were only few RTC Buses which come to Gunthapally village where the college is located, but College provides very good transport facility. Lab facilities, Infrastructure was good but not so impressive. The college has a very spacious library & Seminar hall. There is only one canteen for all campus buildings, so students used to wait for some time in lunch hours but quality of food was so good. They don't provide hostel facility. There was no play ground for sports.
Faculty: They don't have experienced faculty but Teaching was good and faculty were very friendly with students and cleared all the doubts. The college is very strict and very little freedom is given to the students. During college hours students will not be allowed to leave campus.
They don't provide placements. Only one job fair was conducted during my graduation that too with small companies. However, they conduct special placement training classes for final year students. They also conduct special classes for students who fail in academic subjects after campus hours.
