Rotary Public School, Sector- 22, Gurgaon Review As a parent and Gurgaon resident, I considered most of the schools in Gurgaon for my kid. In the areas near to my home, I considered the Mauryan School and the Rotary Public School, Gurgaon. I compared infrastructure, fee structure, availability of transport and if updated technology is used or not.
Fees I found the Rotary school the most economical on paper in case of fees. It is charging Rs.47,500 at the time of admission, while it is 67000 for The Mauryan School and around same for DPS. Even around Rs.5,000 is refundable at the time of taking one's child out of school. In Rotary Public school, Gurgaon, the fee is Rs2,500 per month, which can be paid quarterly, while it is Rs.4,500 per month. The Mauryan School, Gurgaon's fee includes money for books while in Rotary Public school one has to collect those from school only after making a separate payment.
Both of them claim to give mid-day meal on their website but none of them give it really. Kids have to bring their lunch from their home.
Infrastructure and facilities I personally visited Rotary public School after all the calculation of money and other aspects. I found that the Junior wing is on a separate side of main wing of the school which is good for kids. The Junior wing is fully air-conditioned and have maximum strength of 25 kids in a class. Teachers are well educated and are really easy in interacting with kids. I found that classrooms are smart classes with updated software. There is no hostel facility in the school.
