Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Port Blair Review
This is the only Engineering college in Andaman. Previously this was a polytechnic and now it is upgraded to Engineering college by the introduction of B.E(Civil), B.E(Computer Science) and B.E (ECE). Due to administrative reasons, the branch of B.E (mechanical) is yet to be introduced. The college has been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 , ISO 14000 and many more certifications. The college has its own bus facilities and canteen facilities. The college is having qualified and experienced faculty members of this Island and mainland. After completion of the courses, the students move to different companies in the mainland. Few of them opt for post graduation. There are many students from Lakshadweep who also come to this college.
