Vivekananda Vidya Mandir School, Ranchi Review
The name of my school from where i have passed my matriculation is Vivekananda Vidya Mandir, which is situated at Sahid Maidan, Sector II, Ranchi- 834002. Near to railway line. Beside school there is a big ground and 10-12 ponds where the people of Ranchi celebrated Chatt Puja.
The school building is very beautiful and three storey. Here the classes run from Kg to 10+2. In +2 there was one stream only i.e Science. The teachers are very well mannered and student too. There are about 50 approx classes and each class has three sections A, B and C. There is a library facility, Lab Facility, computer lab facility and games too. In the middle of the building there was a big ground where annual games of games were organized.
The school also organized Science Exhibition, also celebrated Teachers Day, Saraswati puja, 15th August, 26th January etc.
The library contains the school courses books and comics, and magazines and story books also. The students have their library class in a week and they have the liberty to choose the book and issued as per students convenient.
If student wants to study in silence and they are allowed to study without making noise in the library.
There was a separate bathroom for girls' student and boys' student. In every floor there was a bathroom which is very neat and clean.
As it is a co-education school both boys and girls study together without any difference. The teacher explains every chapter completely and by making understand to each and every student. They repeat as per the requirement of student.
Besides study students are free to take part in extra- curriculum activities like science exhibition, dance competition, debates, essay writing, sports etc. The students here are all rounder they can become experts in study as well as sports and other events.
The teachers of Mathematics named Mr. Dutta and Laha and Manjhi Sir, they all love me very much and teach Maths very well. Our Sanskrit teachers Mr. Jha was very strict and if students are not able to complete homework, they will get the punishment too
There was a big hall where function like teachers day,, saraswati puja, dance competion, debates etc. are organized.
Every month after examination the parents are called for parents meeting so that they will also be aware of their child what is the position and behavior of the child and how is their childs performance in study etc.
I always remember my school days and i have also won so many prizes in sports and in regular attendance and well dressed.
I love my school and teachers also. As school is the best stairs for all people from where they start their first career growth. The school is the temple and teachers are god and goddess and student worship their god and goddess from where they gain some moral lessons
