This was a very good college once upon a time and it was mainly started for Mining. However, now, even though it has expanded its branches, it is not a good college at all. Lecturers are busy in their internal politics rather than teaching students and they have grudge on each othes. There is no proper infrastructure and no proper facilities for students. There are no proper toilets and the toilets are not clean. Also there is no water supply in the college and students have to struggle to get water to drink. The hostel is not at all good. There is water problem in hostel as well and students have to buy water. Mess is not good with low quality food. The college is making money for students. They collect extra money from students for everything but never invest the money collected for any sort of improvement.
