Kulachi was established in 1972. It is an Dayanand Anglovedic School(D.A.V). Also it is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The three wings of this school is in Ashok Vihar only. The current Principal of this school is P. Datta. The School has approx ore than 8000 students and 350 teachers.
Infrastructure
First, talking about the infrastructure of this school is that they have all the facilities from "pin to plane" you are searching for. They have built an eco-friendly atmosphere. Greenery is their first priority so for this they have made many clubs also. The sports ground, the music room, the computers room, the medical room, the class rooms, the Library and the labs all adds positive points to this school. The Auditorium is the best thing to watch for. This Auditorium is biggest of all schools.
Faculty
The faculty of this school is the second plus point of this school. The staff of this school are very experienced and knowledgeable. They work hard to make student understand each and every topic. They have a large number of teachers to handle the students but some teachers failed to handle them as the population in this school is very much. This is the negative point of this school.
Extra curricular Program
They time to time organize many programs for students like Sports week, Art week, Computer technology, Dance society etc. But because of large population most of the students are not able to participate in them.
Discipline
It is a main point for parents to look for as disciplined environment helps the student to study more. So for Kulachi it is an biggest negative point as the schools discipline is zero. I have seen students drinking, smoking and using abusive language in student premises. The intelligent students suffer the most. In the classes also student do not listen to teachers which directly affect all other fields. No one follows rules and regulations laid down by the teachers.
Final Verdict
So my final verdict for this school is "NO".
Hence, by having great infrastructure or qualified teachers, this school lacks in the other fields.
