Since last 3 years my child is going to MVN Arravali Hills, Faridabad. I want to be honest about my review & here it is:
MVN initially started by Mr. Gopal Sharma and I have always heard good things about this gentleman, so has a great respect about him. But now It is run by his son Mr. Varun Sharma who from my judgement is a businessman and not an educationist. My child took admission in this school in year 2009, since then every year the MVN is increasing the school fee, there is no controlling regulatory on such schools. I then checked, do they give reasonable salaries to their teacher but as I was expecting, I came to know that they give hardly INR 5000-6000/- to new joinee teachers and for others it is a bit higher.
Then I thought, do they return any part of this high fee in any other form. The answer is NO.
School is just focusing on studies, they don't focus on overall development of child. School doesn’t conduct/participate any kind of competitions (music, games, drawing etc...). In last three years, school just has conducted an annual day function every year that too on cost of parents. They charge very high rates for kids costumes. Looks like they are organizing the function from parents money.
This year 2012-2013 session, an increase of 15% is just broken all records. I came to know from reliable resources, this guy, Varun Sharma is routing all the hard earned money of parents to construction of MVN Engineering college.
The management of the school is misguiding and harassing the parents of the students by unilateral decision of hefty fees high. MVN school aravali hills is charging the highest fees in the whole NCR region in the name of global education. Moreover school is not having any affiliation with any educational board to impart global education syllabus.
