New Baldwin International School, T.C Palya, K.R Puram, Bangalore Review
The school has a very inflexible and seemingly unjust refund policy regarding admission fees. It is unfortunate that what began as high hopes for a reputed institution ended up being a frustrating ordeal. The admission process was smooth and appeared to be a promising choice for my child's education. However, due to a personal emergency there was a change in plans and my child could not continue with the school. While I understand that schools have their policies, the lack of flexibility and compassion in this case was disheartening. My experience with New Baldwin was marred by their inflexible refund policy which failed to account for the unpredictability of life's challenges, and hence it left a negative impression.
