Sahibganj College is one of the best college of this region of Sahibganj, Pakur, Godda and Bhagalpur districts of Jharkhand and Bihar, India.
It has the good facility of Laboratories for botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics. It has a best lecturers and professors to teach science and art degree up to MA and MSc levels.
The admission in 10+2 is very tough in this college, because every student wants to get admission here.
Still the judging criteria for preparing merit list is the agregate marking of 10th examination. The moslty student is taking admission who have passed their high school exam from the state government board of Jharkhand and Bihar. The CBSE and ISCE students also get admission but not on the basis of aggregate marks but the equivalent of state Board and generally is reduced from the actual aggregate marks.
