This a linguistic minority school run by a management who were elected every three
years by the members of this school.This is one of the oldest school in Madurai.Two
years back our school celebrated its centenary year though some delay. Here only
some Eighty-five years back the management of the school started free mid-noon meal
scheme to poor students. The then Chief-minister of Tamilnadu Sri.Kamarajar who saw
this implimented free mid-day meals all over the state. Now this management is
providing morning tiffin also to the poor and deserving students.
