St. Paul's Matriculation Higher Secondary School is one of the best schools in Neyveli Township. The school has a good infrastructure and is well connected with transport facilities. It is run by Catholic Mission and it is a boy's school having classes from LKG to 12th Standard. The school has strict discipline rules and educates the children in academics, sports, communication skills and extracurricular activities. The catechism and moral classes teach the children good morals and helps in character formation. Even late arrival to school is strictly punished.
This school, was started in 1972 with the effort of Rev. Fr. John Duraisamy. It has grown into a Higher Secondary School with the mighty strength of more than 5000 students at present. ‘Faith, Love, Service" shall be the motto of our School. Education at St. Paul's School assures that all students grow up physically strong, mentally alert, emotionally balanced, morally sound and spiritually enlightened.
Good and neat infrastructure, transport facilities, well furnished laboratories very large playground, good discipline, talented teachers, etc are some of the positives this school enjoys compared to the other school in Neyveli Township.
The school day program, sports day function and social evenings are some of the favorite functions celebrated by the school administration. The daily general assembly is the place where the principal meets the students and makes necessary announcements.
I loved studying in this school and I thank my parents, teachers and the principal for educating me to be a better citizen of India. I also recommend the school to all those who live in and around Neyveli township.
